Free Website Hosting

• The person signing up for the account must represent the United States Public School System or a non-profit organization. Private schools, colleges and schools outside the United States are NOT ELIGIBLE. Definition of a public school: An elementary, secondary or high school in the United States supported by public funds and providing free education for children of a community or district.
• This is not intended for individual student projects or any use where the student would be the one purchasing the account.
• This can be used for correspondence between teachers, class websites, sporting sites, dance team or cheerleader sites, schedules, home work or class projects.
• Caspian Services, Inc. will provide a FREE web site builder, FREE support, unlimited email and FTP accounts, 500 MB of disk space and 20 GB of data transfer for each new account.
• We must receive a letter on the school or non-profit organization letterhead thanking us for our contribution to the community. The letter must include the school’s or non-profit organization's Federal Tax Identification number as well as the name of the person that referred you to this program, if any.
• We must be allowed to release the name of the school or non-profit organization obtaining the site for use in marketing or advertising efforts to promote Caspian Services, Inc.
• A banner must be placed on at least the main page of the site stating hosting is donated by Caspian Services, Inc. A text link is not acceptable. View banners and html code to use.
• A text link, linking to Caspian Services, Inc., in the footer of each accompanying page is also requested, but not required.
• No links or references to a competing service (i.e. another web host) are allowed.
• No affiliate commissions may be earned from the free hosting site.
• All sites are regularly audited to ensure compliance.
