Caspian Services, Inc. was founded by Leonard Ghazarian. Leonard has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge. With over 10 years experience in web design and Internet technologies, Leonard manages the team that will work on your project.
Leonard also resides on the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce Board as a Director. He and his wife are very involved with their local community, as they reside and work locally, by volunteering their time through the chamber. They also plan to raise their new baby boy, Andrew, in this great community.
We are located in the City of Glendale, in Los Angeles, CA, but we serve clients throughout the world. We can meet at our office, your office, your favorite coffee shop or work entirely by phone/email.
