Our History
Caspian Services, Inc. was founded in December of 2001 after realizing there was a need to provide a one-stop-shop for small to medium sized businesses with affordable website solutions. We love designing and programming, and the great feeling of helping a business succeed.
We are proud of our relationships with our clients. Our success directly comes from our client's success. We are very active in our community, as we are part of the local chamber of commerce, and we support local non-profit organizations.

Our Founder
Caspian Services, Inc. was founded by Leonard Ghazarian.
Leonard has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge. With over 10 years experience in web design and Internet technologies, Leonard manages the team that will work on your project. He is also a director on the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce Board. Leonard and his wife are very involved with their local community, as they reside and work locally, by volunteering their time through the chamber.

We are located in the city of Glendale, in Los Angeles, CA, but we serve clients throughout the world.
