One and a half years ago, my support staff suddenly bailed on me. My web girl, my color art girl, a whole bunch of them went AWOL: they needed day jobs (well, who doesn’t?) and so, they disappeared. It was no longer enough to work with me on amazing, art-forward projects that were original and creative; these girls needed a real paycheck, I’m very understanding, I get it, go, darlings, find what you need. These things happen, it’s all good.

So……..here’s what I did:

I did one internet search in my neighborhood (Because sometimes, you just have to have a face-to-face, and closer is better) for web representation. I made one call, and Leonard (Caspian Services) answered. Thank you, Universe, because he was the PERFECT answer for all my questions. And more, and more, and more……. One call….AMAZING!!!! Oh, but I really had NO IDEA yet!

Was I naturally inclined to work with men? NO! But here is what I found out, and pretty quick: They got me.

They got what I needed, they got how I communicated, they got how to provide SERVICE to me exactly the way I need it, and darned quick, too. They found a way to meet and exceed my expectations for my internet presence; Leonard and his team managed to understand my (very unique) needs, and make me happy, month after month after month. Every time I have a new, scary Idea, Caspian finds a way to make it real on my website; with class, elegance, and accuracy. How cool is that?! I MEAN REALLY?! Isn’t that exactly how we want this to go?!

I have taken advantage of their art department on numerous occasions (read: whan I can’t figure it out myself) and have been VERY happy with the outcome. Leonard is very responsive to emails and calls, and takes care of everything immediately. Faster than immediately: before you can blink an eye! Caspian services is the template for what web services should feel like: even for the ‘outside the box’ customer. Imagine what they could do with ‘regular’ people! WoooHoooo!
